VIZ Media, publisher, announced this month that Titekubo’s Bleach manga as well as Kohei Horikoshi’s My Hero Academia manga would be available in special editions later in the year.

Bleach celebrates its 20th anniversary of serialization. Viz Media will re-release a limited edition volume 1 to mark the occasion. Japan will release the special edition on August 2, with a new cover art.

Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump published a new chapter of Bleach in August 2021.

VIZ will also publish a 20-volume box set containing the My Hero Academia manga. The release will include a 48-page booklet, with additional illustrations and a double-sided poster.

Variety also reported that Kubo’s manga is in print in America with 2.7 million copies. My Hero Academia manga, however, has more than 10 million copies. The first volume sold 1.2 million copies.

The sixth season of Myro Academia will be released in the fall anime season. will also have an anime adaptation. This anime adaptation will cover the ” Thousand Year Blood War” manga arc that includes volumes 55-74.
