It was clear that the Reverie would see something big thanks to the collaboration of the Admirals and commanders in the Revolutionary army.

It was a huge success.

We are not certain what actually happened, but we do know that the Revolutionary Army and their Chief of Staff Sabo were involved.

Morgan’s newspaper featured this news on the front page.

It was definitely a huge undertaking, judging by how hard the writers had to work and the pressure from the World Government to not publish the news.

It was made worse by the fact that Sabo’s family had reacted badly to the publication and the Morgan’s had reported a fatality at Reverie.

Fans are still unsure of the details and have been asking about Sabo’s fate.

Did Sabo die at Reverie?

Based on the reactions of everyone to Morgan’s chapter 956 newspaper, it seems that something has happened to Sabo.

Sabo is still alive, however. It would be absurd to bring back a character only to have him killed off so quickly.

Most likely, he was captured by the Marines and sent for execution as Ace. The arc would have been identical to Marineford.

It would be the Revolutionary Army, just like Whitebeard that rescues him at Sacred Marijoa, Mariejois.

The sight of Sabo about to be executed is enough to cause heartbroken reactions among those close to him, particularly Makino and Dadan.

Because the last time something like this happened, even the most powerful men alive couldn’t save someone set for execution.

However, Dragon’s and Emporio Ivankovs’ reactions are slightly different to Dadan’s and Makinos.

They are more shocked than they are sad , indicating that Sabo did something that was not in character at the Reverie.

Dragon could suggest that they should first find the truth.

The World Government tried to conceal the fact that Reverie was fatal. If this is true, Sabo’s death makes no sense.

Because Sabo’s demise is something that the World Government would promote and not conceal.

We can therefore assume that Reverie’s victim was not you.

What was Sabo’s role at Reverie?

We discover the truth about Sabo’s actions at Reverie in One Piece chapter 925.

He and his Revolutionary captains had broken into Sacred Marijoa, Mary Geoise to save Kuma. After Vegapunk had finished his experiments with Kuma, Kuma was kept as a slave by the Celestial Dragons.

The captains clashed with Navy Admirals Fujitora, Ryokugyu.

Dragon and Ivankov’s shock may be due to the fact that they didn’t expect Admirals to engage with them.

It should have been done in secret. But Sabo seems to have gotten carried away and gotten involved with the Admirals.

Koala warned Sabo for being reckless the last time he fought Fujitora. The whole Navy would be furious if Sabo tried to fight an admiral.

This would put the Revolutionary Army on the backfoot, as Dragon hadn’t yet assembled the majority of his troops.

Sabo discovered his “fiery side” when he met Luffy at Dressrosa and ate Flame Flame fruit.

Details are still unknown, but we can speculate that Sabo may have lost to admirals because of this reckless side.

He may have lost his cool while watching Kuma be tortured, and he ended up launching an attack on Kuma without even thinking.

The Revolutionary army captains cannot defeat two navy Admirals right now.

Sabo a murderer?

Another possibility is that Sabo may be being charged with a crime he didn’t commit at the Reverie. This could explain why he is at odds with Fujitora or Ryokugyu.

Some theories suggest that Sabo may have escaped from the Marines. This would make Sabo a murderer at large.

Is Cobra, a beloved king, the fatality? If so, then that would explain why everyone is so shocked by Morgan’s news in One Piece chapter 956.

Morgan said that big obituaries are the best news. This means that the person who has died is very important.

This is in keeping with Cobra’s stature, as he is the king of Alabasta. He also played an important part in the destruction of the Shichibukai structure (warlords by the sea).

If people continue to worry about Sabo despite reading the headline, it would mean that he was either framed or caught.

Or Sabo managed to escape, and is now a fugitive being pursued by the Marines.

What is the future of this?

If Sabo is caught, the Revolutionary Army will do everything in their power to rescue their Chief Staff.

If things go as planned, there’s a chance they might be able to rescue Sabo and flee to Wano.

Also, it is possible that Sabo found his way to Wano by evading Admirals and thus set up a meeting between Luffy and Sabo. Wano needs to be liberated.

A Revolutionary army arriving in Wano will only increase the already high-famed situation in the country.

This could lead to a 4-way battle royale if the Navy also shows up.

What is your opinion about Sabo’s fate? What could have compelled him to fight the Navy Admirals at Reverie? Fujitora could have caught him or did he do something reckless?
